Your Role
As a member of our Tent Department, you will join a highly regarded installation team known for overcoming various on-site challenges while erecting the most visually appealing fabric structures in the area. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals. Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and teamwork are essential for a fulfilling career at PEAK.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate all assigned company vehicles, whether owned or rented.
- Ensure the secure loading, unloading, and timely transportation of all PEAK equipment.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation for each job, including driver's logs and packing lists.
- Adapt to frequently changing situations while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Transport materials from the vehicle to the installation site.
- Review all paperwork before leaving the warehouse and conduct a pre-drive inspection.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and sales office personnel.
- Maintain professional and respectful interactions with a diverse team, clients, and vendors on-site.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Possession of a valid United States driver's license.
- Current Department of Transportation Medical Card.
- Valid CDL required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
- Availability for non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Professional appearance and conduct, with minimal visible body modifications.
- Mass Hoisting Engineer license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in construction is advantageous but not essential.
