Job Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.
- Manage the care of critically ill patients, including those requiring life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
- Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed, while maintaining accurate and meticulous documentation of medication administration.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Participate in emergency nursing procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, to promptly address changes in patient condition.
- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
- Other requirements to be determined by our client facility
