About the Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with a team of 6 OB/GYN Physicians, 7 Certified Nurse Midwives, and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
  • Work 3-12 hour shifts per week, with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Enjoy a low turnover rate among labor and delivery staff and access to a newly expanded and state-of-the-art LDRP suite.
  • Participate in a fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision to our collegial midwife group that manages their own low-risk practice.
  • Work 7PM-7AM, with opportunities for call from home.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa.
  • Ability to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice.
