Hospitality Ambassador

At Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., we are seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to join our Front of House team. As a key representative of the brand, you will be responsible for inspiring Legendary Experiences for all Guests.

The core job functions include:

• Representing the Buffalo Wild Wings Brand in a positive and professional manner;
• Providing exceptional Guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience;
• Ensuring seamless communication with Guests, Team Members, and management;
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols;
• Meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through upselling and suggestive selling techniques;
• Cross-training in various roles to enhance knowledge and skills;
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of $43,000 - $53,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
