Automotive Refinisher

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team at Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and efficient detailing area.

• Clean and refurbish vehicles to the highest standards, including interior and exterior detailing, waxing, polishing, and buffing
• Inspect vehicles for damage, stains, or other issues and report concerns to management
• Maintain the cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage detailing supplies and notify management when ordering is required
• Ensure timely completion of vehicles
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in detailing vehicles preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and cleanliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
