Sales Counselor

We're seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team at Morada Temple. As a Sales Counselor, you'll interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore their new living options. You'll present our community's lifestyles and personalized care services to meet their needs.

• Conduct community tours and host prospect and professional events to build occupancy
• Present our community's lifestyles and personalized care services to meet the needs of our residents
• Build relationships and influence decision-making with seniors and their families

• Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience
• Compassionate and interested in working with seniors
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making

Base salary up to $58,700 + commissions = $95K+ total earning potential
