Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our 5TA Medical team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to adult populations with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and establish patient care plans.
- Implement care strategies, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities safely.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and perform additional nursing functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) training required.
- New graduates must complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
