Key Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk will be tasked with ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and maintaining organized records. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing work by gathering and sorting necessary documents and information.
  • Processing invoices by verifying transaction details, scheduling payments, and obtaining necessary authorizations.

  • Ensuring financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
  • Protecting financial information by performing regular database backups.
  • Preserving financial history by filing accounting documents appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills:
