Job Summary

As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and services to our customers. You will be responsible for processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients regarding their health care and medication needs, and maintaining confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
  • Counsel patients regarding their health care and medication needs
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation
  • Administer immunizations and other programs as required
  • Provide comprehensive patient care and services to customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
