About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online and a strong background in accounting principles. Responsibilities:
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using accounting software.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and financial regulations.
Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
Assist with audits by providing required financial information and documentation.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or financial inquiries.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
