As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for our customers and load growth initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Montana or South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement growth strategies for customer and load growth initiatives
Analyze and propose solutions for growth and recommend long-range strategies
Maintain compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Prepare presentations and present to management and/or customers
Coordinate projects between stakeholders from other affected departments

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of modeling software
Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
Valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
Ability to lift and carry office supplies up to 35 pounds
Ability to travel to jobsites, off-site meetings and trainings (up to 25% travel per year)
Ability to pass an employment physical, a drug test and a background check
Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer's License is preferred
