KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist clients at the service counter and via telephone
  • Accurately retrieve and manage inventory
  • Input data into our management system
  • Follow up on customer orders and address any concerns
  • Drive sales through outstanding customer service
  • Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Ensure the warehouse remains organized and efficient

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Prior warehouse experience is advantageous
