Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining store-owned gear and contributing to the growth of the business through excellent customer experience and quality work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with customers to provide a positive and personalized experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned equipment and inventory
  • Complete warranty repair work and other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven skills in repairing stringed instruments
