Stationary Engineer

Job Summary:

Malace|HR is seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer to work at an automotive manufacturer. The role comes with fully paid healthcare benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain boilers, chillers, wastewater systems, and industrial powerhouses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
• Develop and implement controller programs using Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC/R systems, including indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in facility maintenance or stationary engineering.
• 1st Class Stationary Engineer License or Refrigeration A certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Boiler and Steam operations, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas.
• Experience with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with controller programs.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems.
