Job Summary:
Malace|HR is seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer to work at an automotive manufacturer. The role comes with fully paid healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain boilers, chillers, wastewater systems, and industrial powerhouses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
- Develop and implement controller programs using Allen-Bradley, Fanuc, and Siemens.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC/R systems, including indoor air quality, temperature control, and scavenge exhaust systems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in facility maintenance or stationary engineering.
- 1st Class Stationary Engineer License or Refrigeration A certification.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Boiler and Steam operations, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas.
- Experience with pumps, motors, speed and feed systems, and hydraulics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with controller programs.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems.
