About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Branch Ambassador to join our team at Capital One. As a Branch Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing personalized support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced branch environment.
  • Assist customers with a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Monitor and mitigate fraud risks, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services, and provide recommendations to customers to meet their financial needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
