Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Next Move Healthcare. As a Mobile X-ray Technologist, you will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Transport and unload portable X-ray equipment to the facility and perform diagnostic exams as ordered by the physician.
  • Perform EKGs as required and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
  • Ensure diagnostic images meet clinically acceptable standards.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork and billing documentation daily.
  • Maintain communication with peers, management, dispatch, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and patient privacy laws.

Physical Demands:

The role requires pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs., using vehicle ramps and pulleys, though the weight may increase in facilities. Technologists may encounter the need to use 50 lbs. of force multiple times a day.

Requirements:

  • Maintain state licensure and ARRT certification as required.
  • Valid drivers license with good standing in the applicable state.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (or documentation for exemption).
  • Limited licenses are not accepted.
