Bellefaire JCB, a leading provider of evidence-based mental health services, is seeking a skilled Child, Adolescent & Family Therapist to join our Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) team. Partnering with Case Western Reserve University, we've achieved remarkable results in helping youth and families overcome challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable and familiar environment for clients, building trust and facilitating open communication.
- Engage with community resources to connect families with additional support services.
- Benefit from ongoing supervision and training to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Competitive salary and generous benefits package, including a salary of $62,400 with bonuses that can exceed $72,000.
- $2,000 per quarter bonus and $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- 20 days of vacation, 12 sick days, and 13 paid holidays.
