Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Education, with a focus on early childhood learning, and a strong background in teaching children in the pre-kindergarten age group. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality instruction and care to our young learners, aligned with the Creative Curriculum
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and social interaction
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of our early childhood education program, including curriculum design and implementation
  • Supervise and support teaching assistants and other staff members as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Education, with a focus on early childhood learning
  • Georgia certificate in applicable field
  • Experience teaching children in the pre-kindergarten age group
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
