Your Impact

As a Senior Producer, you'll lead the planning and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives for our clients. You'll manage larger and more complex projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple digital advertising projects simultaneously, ensuring each one receives dedicated attention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Align client expectations with project deliverables, connecting internal and external teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide mid-level and junior staff, nurturing their growth and development.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Make pivotal decisions concerning project strategies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, estimate costs, and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Producer, with at least 1-2 years at the Senior level.
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget, complex projects across sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and project planning skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and collaboration software.

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000, determined by years of experience, level of expertise, and cost of living in your area of residency.
