ESPO is seeking a skilled Proposal Development Specialist to join their team. This role will focus on developing distinctive value propositions that enhance our clients' competitive positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proposal development efforts in collaboration with business development and project management leadership.
  • Develop graphics and visuals, as well as a negotiated contract outline and deliver proposal services per the checkmate phase.
  • Assist with the closing of the project deliverables.
  • Attend professional associations, conferences, and build professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • 4 years in marketing, business development, or sales with a professional services firm.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign strongly preferred.
