Job Title: Automotive Painter

Job Summary:

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Automotive Painter to perform a variety of duties, including preparing color tint to match paint color, mixing paint colors, and ensuring all paint operations meet OEM standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in paint operations and hold an Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare color tint to match paint color
• Mix paint colors and ensure all formulations meet OEM standards
• Perform all-purpose duties, including prepping surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring all paint operations are complete

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
• Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred
