Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Table Games Dealer to join our team. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing table games, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage table games, including dealing cards, handling bets, and resolving disputes
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to guests
  • Handle guest transactions, including buy-ins and pay-offs
  • Verify fills and credits for games
  • Notify Floorperson of any irregularities in guest play and transactions
  • Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures
  • Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests
  • Perform related work as requested
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Proven knowledge, experience, and proficiency in dealing table games
  • High School Diploma or GED and some college level
  • Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed manner
  • Ability to deal with guests
  • Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
Working Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a moderate noise level. Employees will be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted secondhand tobacco smoke.
