We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Juicerista/Shift Leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that every drink meets our high standards of quality and taste.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, allowing them to effectively communicate with guests and management alike.
Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to make decisions that prioritize the needs of our guests.
A clean and organized work environment is crucial to our success, and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain this standard.
The Juicerista/Shift Leader will also be responsible for managing all monetary exchanges in the store, including taking orders and ringing up transactions.
Other duties may be assigned by management, and the successful candidate must be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
The ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and frequently lift up to 50 pounds is also essential for this role.
