Job Title: Registered Nurse - RN

At Berlin Health and Rehabilitation Center - Barre, VT, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient care by performing thorough nursing assessments and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care.
  • Establish realistic, measurable patient goals and implement interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Qualifications:

Requirements include:

  • A graduate of an approved school of nursing and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification.
  • One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
