Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment for clinical use;
  • Assist in the delivery of dental care during clinic sessions, including chairside support for the dentist;
  • Manage inventory and oversee dental laboratory operations as well as reception duties;
  • Conduct patient interviews, assess medical and dental histories, document findings, and record treatment plans;
  • Provide patients with oral hygiene guidance and explain prescribed treatments;
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including restocking supplies;
  • Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming and presentable at all times;
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Dental Assistant is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a dental assisting role.
  • Ability to adapt and assist various dental professionals.
  • Proficiency with dental record management systems and digital radiography; excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of Care Alliance.
