We are seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to join our team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our Patient Transportation department, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring transportation services activities through timely, accurate dispatch and management of customer transportation requests.

  • Our ideal candidate will provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
  • You will understand and apply knowledge of basic patient transport concepts, infection control practices, and proper body mechanics.
  • Determine, explain, and develop dispatcher logic and transporter activities. Transport patients when necessary.
  • Direct the activity of the transport function and transporters, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Monitor procedures related to availability and completion task, and follow up on issues related to service and operations.

The estimated salary for this role is $20.00 per hour, based on location and job requirements.
