About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Document Manager to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our Document Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents related to our Cell Therapy operations are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
  • Review and approve document change requests, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless document control processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical writing skills and quality systems knowledge.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or a related field.
  • Proven track record of maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
