Enterprise Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team at The Midtown Group. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the overall Enterprise Architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that support business growth and transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to leverage innovation and drive business value.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT roles, with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading technology initiatives and delivering business value.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • TOGAF certification and ITIL experience are highly desirable.
