As a Healthcare Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in successfully marketing our services to medical facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other organizations in Pinellas County.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and educating potential customers about our healthcare services, establishing trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff, and maintaining current accounts. You will work independently, prospect for new accounts, and adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures.
Territory and Location:
This is a field-based position that requires spending most of your time in the community, conducting in-services, presentations, educational luncheons, hosting events, and introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff, and other referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach and education programs to promote our services to medical professionals and organizations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through regular assessment and communication.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the market.Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and sales activities.Collaborate with our Administrator on all aspects of marketing and sales activities.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of healthcare sales experience, established community relationships, and a proven ability to present and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
