Correctional Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LPN to join our team at the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office Medical Division.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic patient care and treatment to inmates in our correctional facility. This includes medication distribution, collaboration with shift officers, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a current LPN license in the state of TN and have familiarity with medications and electronic medical records. Additionally, strong communication skills and ability to work swing shifts, nights, and days are essential.

Applicants are required to pass a background and psychological exam. If selected, you will be scheduled to have 7 days off consecutively every 3 weeks. We operate closely with correctional officers and value establishing rapport with them.
