About Our Facility

Our facility, GSS MN Westbrook Ctr, is located in Westbrook, MN and offers a range of services to seniors with a commitment to quality care and service. We provide a supportive and inclusive environment for our residents, staff, and visitors alike.

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including assessments, plan development, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, address resident needs, and ensure seamless transitions throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Coordinates care, performs resident assessments, provides education, and conducts various nursing interventions.
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their competence level.
  • Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe administration of resident care.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current RN license, preferably with a bachelor's degree in nursing. Prior experience in long-term care is required, with 6 months preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and move freely within the facility.
