Job Summary:

Big Red Liquors is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting items in a safe and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice responsible alcohol delivery service standards as set forth by state law, regarding ID verification and specific Delivery System ID Technology required.
  • Follow all traffic and parking laws, operate the Delivery System, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Transport items in a safe and timely manner, be polite and prompt, and provide customers with an excellent experience.
  • Be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules, abide by all transportation laws, and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries, operate equipment such as cars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a valid US driver's license.
  • Covered under the insurance for the car you are using to drive, with an acceptable driving record via MVR ran by TWG BRL, LLC's Liability Insurance Company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, provide an extremely high level of customer service, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Organized with a great attention to detail, self-motivated, demonstrated reliability, and punctuality.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb.
  • Regularly lift and or move objects up to 50 pounds, vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel:

Frequent travel is expected for this position.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
  • Must maintain Indiana State Employee Permit, must maintain Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.
