Job SummaryProcon Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Construction Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing on-site construction management oversight during mobilization, site preparation, construction, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Provide support in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.
- Client Interface: Interface with clients to define project requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Schedule Management: Review and align project work plans and deadlines with client requirements.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor on-site processes, procedures, and systems for compliance with construction drawings, security requirements, and code compliance.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle.
- Risk Management: Monitor and oversee the project design or construction effort, including risk management, security, and safety compliance.
- Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in the field of construction management on projects with similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally to sensitive clients.
- Certifications: Prefer a registered architect, engineer, or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), with experience in the field of construction management on similar projects.
- Clearance: Have or be able to obtain HSPD-12 Clearance.
$95,000 - $115,000 per year. Salary commensurate with experience.
