Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, check, and credit card transactions from customers accurately.
- Finalize customer repair orders using our computerized system.
- Provide change, cash checks, and issue receipts as needed.
- Compile daily sales reports to reconcile cash register totals with cash on hand.
- Answer phone inquiries and communicate with customers as necessary.
- Maintain organized service-related documentation and files.
- Direct customers with further inquiries to the appropriate service advisor.
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and refer to management when necessary.

- Keep the workspace clean and report any safety concerns to management.
