Job Summary

The Field Superintendent is a key member of our team at Ram Jack, responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities at the worksite and ensuring the overall progress of the project. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, crew members, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily construction activities at the worksite, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage the scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and coordination of project logistics.
  • Work closely with homeowners to ensure their satisfaction with the project, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Lead the crew in resolving complex problems and coordinating problem-solving efforts.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for each job, including documentation of project progress and completion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with homeowners, crew members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation

$25.00 per hour
