Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills and work with a dynamic team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our staff, managing reservations, and providing personalized service that exceeds expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome every guest with a warm smile and make them feel valued and respected;
  • Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations to ensure seamless transitions;
  • Cater to guests' needs by providing special experiences that exceed their expectations;
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide a personalized experience throughout their visit;
  • Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return, making sure every guest feels appreciated and looked after.

About the Role:

The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to multitask, and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
