We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bell Attendant to join our team. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, including greeting and assisting them with luggage, parking vehicles, and delivering items to their rooms.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with luggage at check-in/check-out and storage
• Parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner
• Escorting guests to and from their rooms and assisting them with luggage
• Assisting guests with city information and directions
• Delivering items as requested by guests or Manager on Duty

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous valet/customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic)
• Valid CA driver's license required
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Elevated body language
• Basic computational ability
• BASIC computer skills

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds frequently. Additionally, you must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
