Rooftop Loader

As a Rooftop Loader at SRS Building Products - Olathe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Drivers at the Branch by loading trucks and riding with them to job sites to unload building materials safely and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading roofing materials onto trucks and job sites
• Working closely with Drivers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of materials
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with inventory management and counting
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Experience working in a physically demanding labor-intensive position
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and on a daily basis
• Basic math skills for inventory counts
• English verbal and written skills to read purchase orders and communicate with team members
• Reliability, safety, and a team player mindset
