Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Hemodialysis Nurse. As a Home Hemodialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, educating patients on their treatment options, and empowering them to take control of their health.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans for patients
  • Teach patients and their caregivers how to administer dialysis and manage their treatment
  • Work independently to manage patient cases and build relationships with patients and their support systems
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the program

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Previous experience in dialysis nursing or case management is a plus
