About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team as a Part-Time Case Manager at UC Health's University of Cincinnati Medical Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to utilize their advanced nursing skills and knowledge of resource management to coordinate clinical care for a designated patient population across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical care for a designated patient population across the continuum of care using advanced nursing skills and knowledge of resource management.
• Work closely with medical, nursing, and ancillary department staff to facilitate quality-based, cost-effective patient outcomes and ensure care is provided in the most appropriate setting.
• Identify and address potential delays in service delivery systems and develop processes for improvement.

Educational Requirements:
* Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing, minimum required.
* Current OH RN License
* 1-3 yrs. Case Management/Utilization Management, or related experience. (preferred)

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
