Job Summary

Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, perform a variety of activities in the maintenance and repair of assigned facilities, utilities, and equipment, including tasks in carpentry, electrical work, swimming pool maintenance, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), construction, plumbing, and painting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks in assigned facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Assist in carpentry, electrical work, swimming pool maintenance, HVAC, construction, plumbing, and painting tasks.
  • Work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair operations.
