Job Description
The Quality and Process Lead will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment that ensures all employees comply with safety practices and procedures.
- Implementing and sustaining compliance with the Quality Management System.
- Maintaining plant files and records for Chemstar's Quality Management System within the Plex Quality Module.
- Ensuring timely testing of finished products in accordance with specifications.
- Communicating quality issues to senior management and plant operators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a sciences field or 2 years of test laboratory experience.
- 2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
- Technical expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Assurance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data analysis.
- Leadership and management skills, including training, leading, and motivating.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
