Nurse Manager

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health team as a Clinical Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.
About the Role:As a Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence to ensure the team is equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
- Provide clinical guidance and coaching to staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix, and productivity levels to ensure the team is meeting its goals.
- Prepare and analyze reports to inform patient care and team performance.
- Review clinical documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical experience, with at least 1 year of recent home health experience.
- Prior supervisory or management experience required.
- Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications.
- Local travel required.
- Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms.
- Ability to critically assess situations, make decisions, and execute solutions.
