Salary:$35-$40 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide medication administration and perform various medical procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with residents, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in emergency response efforts, responding promptly and professionally to crises situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring seamless care delivery and achieving optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Current LPN licensure in Maryland.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or related field; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
