Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Sinceri Senior Living. As a Resident Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures/plans as instructed, including ambulation with/without self-help devices, range of motion exercises, dining, and bowel/bladder training
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance
  • Respond to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provide or obtain assistance with care as necessary
  • Uphold Residents' Rights at all times, and support and uphold all company policies and care philosophy
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be State Registered or Certified Nursing Aide/Assistant in the state for which position is held
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting is also preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff members
