The Project Manager will play a crucial role in steering the global development of R&D products, aiming to optimize the product's potential.

This role involves collaborating with a Program Leader to establish, uphold, and deliver the prioritized product plan throughout all development phases.

Facilitates the cross-functional global program team in executing strategic planning and delivering the integrated development program.
Engage in selected expert team meetings (CDT, CMC, Preclinical, RA, and other essential meetings as required).
Lead monthly GPT meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and discussions.
Co-chair the Project Submission Team alongside the RA lead as necessary.

Proactively identify and manage risks and emerging issues, ensuring decisions are made at appropriate levels with necessary cross-functional input.

Develop and oversee comprehensive product plans in Planisware to accurately reflect timelines and interdependent functional links, creating scenario plans as needed.
Support team alignment for work planning (AOP/LRP) and governance processes, presenting to management when required.
Assist in the creation of development documents (TPP, IDP, DPP, monthly reports, dashboards, etc.) and ensure all relevant program documentation is updated, approved by leadership, and uploaded to designated platforms.
Participate in GPL initiatives.

Core Qualifications:
Experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of the drug development process.

Temp to Perm:
Potential based on openings and performance.

Educational Requirements:

Required:
Master’s degree in a life sciences field.

Preferred:
Advanced scientific degree (M.D., D.O., Ph.D.).

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in project management.
Experience collaborating with external partners.

Preferred:
Experience in Gx and Biosimilar drug development.
Proven track record of effective and influential oral presentations.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proficient in computer software, particularly Planisware, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Functional Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical drug development process.
