EmployPro Staffing Services is currently seeking a Bilingual Production Equipment Operator. This role offers long-term employment opportunities.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:30PM - 1:00AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:30PM - 8AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery following established process guidelines. Equipment may include CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, grinders, and similar devices.
- Produce the required volume of components while adhering to specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with functional, quality, and aesthetic specifications.
- Document production output, including any errors leading to rejected or discarded items.
- Inspect machinery prior to operation to confirm readiness for production.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Carry out additional related tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong understanding of or the capacity to quickly learn about production machinery.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of and adherence to relevant OSHA and environmental regulations.
