We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Goodwin Animal Hospital. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our veterinary team to achieve the highest standards of medicine and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and develop strong relationships with clients
  • Lead and mentor our veterinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our hospital manager to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical information and advancements in veterinary medicine
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Alabama
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferably in a veterinary setting
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and customer service
