Job Title: Head ChefJoin our team as a Head Chef at Cold Springs Golf & Country Club, where you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in food quality.
- Lead and manage a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and club policies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, facilities, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by responding to member and guest feedback and concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
- Proven track record of leadership, team management, and culinary expertise.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
