Culinary Professional

As a Line Cook at Modern Times Beer, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Participating in inventory management and maintaining accurate records

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 years' high-volume kitchen experience
• California Food Handler Certification
• LEAD Certification preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
